Who is responsible
Home Brunch LTD is responsible for the personal information collected through Statemint’s online filing pre-registration form.
What we collect and why
We collect your name, email address, user type, optional client count, pre-register code and filing interests, along with your consent and registration dates. We use these details to record your interest and contact you about Statemint online filing and your free one-year upgrade at launch. Contact is based on your consent.
For spam prevention, we use a keyed hash of your IP address for rate limiting, rather than storing your raw IP address in the registration record.
Storage and access
Pre-registration details are held in our hosted website service, separately from the accounting records stored locally in your Statemint desktop app. Only authorised administrators can view registrations. Service providers processing information for us may need access to store the details or deliver requested emails. We do not sell your information or share it with other organisations for their marketing.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw consent at any time and ask to access, correct or delete your information by contacting the Statemint team through the contact details on our product page. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing before withdrawal. We retain details only while needed for the online filing pre-registration purpose, and remove them when no longer needed unless a legal obligation requires retention. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Website analytics
This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits and page performance. This policy covers website pre-registration; it is not a policy for the financial records you keep in the desktop app.
