Handles your accounts
while you run the shop.

Drop in a PDF, CSV or Excel statement from any of nine major UK banks and Statemint categorises every line against UK income, expense and balance-sheet categories — review and approve, instead of typing it all in by hand.

Just the words in a transaction description are sent for categorisation — never account numbers, balances or personal details.

✓

You review everything

Every automatic categorisation can be corrected before it ever reaches a report.

✓

Doesn't replace your accountant

It keeps records organised and ready for review, so your accountant advises instead of untangling.

Questions, before you ask support.

Which banks does Statemint support?

Statemint currently imports statements from nine major UK banks — including Revolut, Barclays, HSBC, Lloyds, NatWest, Monzo and Starling — as PDF, CSV or Excel files, with no reformatting needed.

Is my financial data secure?

Yes. Your statement data and reports are stored locally on your device. Only the text of a transaction description — never account numbers, balances or personal details — is sent off to be categorised.

Can my accountant use this for several clients?

Yes. The Statemint For Accountants plan is designed for managing multiple clients — unlimited client accounts, each with its own financial year, VAT settings and financial records.

Does Statemint replace my accountant?

No. It keeps your records organised, categorised and ready for review, so your accountant spends less time sorting and more time advising.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Statemint is local-first: import, categorise, pay staff and run reports without an internet connection. Categorisation and HMRC submissions are the only moments that need one.
